How to eliminate the vibration problem of modular machine tools?
2022-07-17
How to eliminate the oscillation of modular machine tools has always been the focus of attention. In order to reduce the impact of modular machine tool oscillation, the following four measures should be taken to avoid it:
1. Reduce the gain of the position loop. There are reference standard values in the servo system. In case of oscillation, the gain can be appropriately reduced, but not too much, because the steady state error of the system must be guaranteed.
2. Reduce the load inertia ratio. The load inertia ratio is generally set at about 70% of the parameters shown when vibration occurs. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the parameter value should not be further reduced.
3. Oscillation caused by closed-loop servo system. Some combined servo systems use semi closed loop devices, while full closed loop servo systems must adjust parameters without oscillation in their local semi closed loop systems, so the two systems are similar to each other.
4. Add proportional calculus. The proportional calculus controller is a multifunctional controller, which can not only achieve the proportional gain of current and voltage signals effectively, but also adjust the output signal lag to exceed the front.
However, for the high frequency oscillation of the modular machine tool, a first-order low-pass filter, namely torque filter, can be added to the speed loop to alleviate this phenomenon.
